Description: This clutch is a replacement part for specific Whirlpool washing machine models. It is located beneath the washer's inner tub and is connected to the motor and transmission assembly. Its primary function is to control the movement of the washer's agitator and tub during different wash and spin cycles. The clutch slider gear assembly controls agitator movement during wash, while disengaging for fast spinning to remove water during the spin cycle.

This is an aftermarket part that can be used as a replacement for the OEM part.
